It’s Margarita Monday so I made margaritas. Naturally. Now I think I’ve had way too much tequila. Oops. Let’s forget that it is a school night.
Long time no see. I usually never get through all my Tumblr posts from the day. This saddens me a little. I remember there was a time I’d always run out on my Tumblr feed. Crazy life.
I’ve just spent the past hour perusing through the Black Friday sales. Most of these places don’t take an Australian credit card. So I really don’t know why I’m looking. Who knew living on a giant island could be so isolating.
Dear Life,
I have barely any time to keep up with you these days. I don’t even have the time to do my manicures as often as I’d like. It often results in half assed nail stamping, where half the polish ends up on my skin rather than on my nail /horror.
I can’t keep up with Tumblr these days. The only time I have time to do things is in the wee hours of the morning (yep it’s 2:10am as I write this).
My room is a mess. My nail polishes need sorting. I need to finish my half completed craft projects. I wish you’d cut me a little slack.

What is wrong with people in the world today? It just seems like such a depressing place to live right now. Maybe it is because social media has infiltrated our lives to such an extent that we hear more about every single horrible event that happens around the world.
My thoughts go out to the friends and family of those affected in Colorado.
Mac and cheese I put together the other day. I’ve been doing a couple of all nighters to get this freelance gig over the line, so I haven’t had much time to have proper meals.
It was such a lovely day today. The sun was a welcome surprise since it was pouring for most of last night. I managed to squeeze in a stroll to get some coffee. Mmm coffee.
Long time no proper post. I’ve returned from the chilly southern regions of the country, also known as Melbourne. I had an absolute blast. Did nothing short of eating a tonne of food and shopping until I could shop no more. Well, I probably could, but that’s a different story.
I have to say it was lovely being a city that isn’t your own. Wandering around and getting lost down the little lane ways and discovering shops by what seems like chance.
All I can say is I wish I could be on permanent holidays.
I’m still awake. I attribute this to the fact that I took a multi-hour cat nap in the middle of the afternoon today. I couldn’t help it really. The weather is conducive to sleeping.
I went out for brunch today. I ended up with a florentine panini. Love hollandaise sauce.
Fried breakfast today. Scrambled eggs with chives, garlic mushrooms, multigrain toast and a hash brown.
I’ve been eating out more often than I should lately. I don’t regret it though. I love me my Thai basil crispy pork belly, and my Thai iced coffee.
